Purplebricks employees are #PurplebricksProud

Who doesn’t love having fun at work? Life at the Purplebricks office is anything but boring. Amidst the dedicated work of saving home sellers thousands in commission, our team knows how to have fun too! We have a dedicated culture committee who plans in-office events for staff to enjoy as a “thank you” for their hard work and enthusiasm.
Our Purplebricks staff, who are currently working from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, are missing office life. And it has us reminiscing on all the events we have enjoyed together the past few months. Here is a glance in the rear view at some of our favourite memories.
The whole office celebrated our Customer Support team all week long for International Customer Service Week. The week was filled with games, treats and a breakfast served by the management team!
Our Career Open House was a big success! We appreciated meeting new faces who were interested in joining our Purplebricks team. Our team grew exponentially in 2019!
And it wouldn’t be Halloween at the office without a costume contest and desk decorating (and of course bite-sized chocolate)!
It's safe to say our new Purplebricks hoodies were a hit with the team! These have been worn proudly on Casual Fridays and while working from home.
Our head office in Stoney Creek was proud to participate again in The Purse Project by donating to the Hamilton arm of this charity. The Purse Project provides women in shelters and second stage housing with a new or gently used donated purse filled with items of need.
Each year our head office in Stoney Creek gives back to local charities working to better the community. We proudly donated to the Hamilton Food Share this year.
Our team from across the country gathered in Niagara, Ontario for our annual Town Hall meeting! Each year we meet to discuss our accomplishments of the past year and all that's ahead in the year to come. And, of course, we celebrated the holiday season with dinner and dancing afterwards.
We dove deep into holiday spirit with a potluck, gift exchange, cookie decorating, and…
An "ugly holiday sweater" contest, of course!
Plus holiday desk decorating was a hit with staff - coordinated screensavers and all!
A new year meant new opportunities for growth and success. We're constantly improving what we do, which means we started the year with exciting new initiatives. Pictured here - a few of our Manitoba crew enjoyed a celebratory cake to kick off 2020.
Looking to grow our team even more in 2020, we hosted another Career Open House! Despite a snowstorm, we had a great turnout and met amazing candidates.
We love sitting down with our REALTORS® to talk shop, particularly when there are exciting new company developments to discuss! Our management team travelled to cities across Ontario to host meetings with our local agents. Here our Broker of Record, Randall Weese, broke down the changes our REALTORS® will see in 2020 to a few members of our Hamilton team.
Fun at Work Day was celebrated with spirited competition in the form of Minute-to-Win-It Games! Juggling balloons with one hand for as long as you can is harder than it looks. Plus, we made vision boards of our 2020 goals to keep us inspired
Did you know that 72% of the leadership at Purplebricks Canada are women? One of the many reasons we are #PurplebricksProud.
