This method results in our agents listing, negotiating, and buying more homes than many conventional agents, simply because they have the team and office support to do so.

Working as a team allows Purplebricks to pass on the cost savings to the home seller, resulting in them paying a low, fixed fee to sell their home while saving thousands in commission. For homebuyers, we share the commission with them and offer them $2,000 in cash back* as a “thank you” for using a Purplebricks REALTOR®.
