Want to give voice to hope? We’ve joined the #ItWillBeOk movement!
March 30, 2020
There’s an important reason you’re seeing rainbows in your neighbourhoods and all over your social feeds – it’s a message of hope that started with the spontaneous gesture of a child in Turin, Italy! Along with a drawn rainbow on a window in his home, the child wrote “it will be ok”.
This gesture lifted the spirits of anyone who walked by and encouraged them to do it too. It wasn’t long before this message took flight and turned into a world-wide movement1, making people feel connected in a time of physical separation during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Why we’re joining the movement
This message resonated deeply with us and we wanted our clients and staff to have an easy way to express this sentiment - so we created a drawing just for them! We encouraged anyone who wanted to join in the movement to post their creations in their windows or on their Purplebricks lawn signs. We can’t help but feel joy seeing these masterpieces starting to pop up:
Open to everyone!
But this doesn’t have to be just for our clients and staff! If you’d like to give voice to this message too, you can download the colouring page and join in on the fun. If you don’t have a Purplebricks lawn sign, tape your artwork to a window instead!
Spread hope beyond your neighbourhood by sharing your creation on social media. Use the hashtags #ItWillBeOk and #Purplebricks and tag us at @PurplebricksCanada. We’ll be sharing tagged posts to our Stories! Or you can send your photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll share them with pride on our website and social media platforms. We want to give as much voice to this message as we can!
Don't hesitate to share this drawing with your friends and extended family so that they too can spread this unifying message.
We look forward to seeing your creations. Keep safe and remember - it will be ok!
